A/S Børstefabriken DAN, that was established back in 1934, is the largest manufacturer of brushes for the industry in Scandinavia, and is today part of the international group Osborn International.

Osborn International A/S has an extremely varied product range with more than 4000 item numbers distributed on two production lines.

Brushes for industrial use and brushes for sweepers, including a product for purification plants.

The materials used range from strong steel, over nickel silver to cotton - according to the use of the brushes. Some brushes are used for polishing of stainless Steel. Some are used for rinsing colour vats or mink pelts. Others are used at slaughterhouses or dairies - and others again at international airports where they are used for clearing runways of snow. With more than 4000 item numbers there is an OSBORN-brush for any purpose.

About 50% of the production is exported to countries throughout Europe and the Middle East.
